Moussaka
This mouthwatering dish is a classic Greek bake made with layers of pan fried eggplant and sliced potatoes in a rich beef mince-tomato sauce, topped with a creamy béchamel sauce.

Soutzoukakia
Soutzoukakia are delicious football-shaped beef meatballs seasoned with onions, garlic, fresh herbs and a unique spice combination, cooked in a rich flavourful tomato sauce, often served with rice or mashed potatoes.

Lemon and Garlic Marinade
Greek Lemon and Garlic Marinade is a heavenly flavoured Greek oregano, lemon, garlic marinade with a base of extra virgin olive oil.
The perfect marinade to create the classic Greek oven roast potato dish. While the potatoes are roasting they absorb the marinade giving them a lemon and garlic flavour. The perfect side dish!
The marinade can also be used to marinade various meats, such as chicken, beef and lamb, helping to tenderize and infuse the meat with flavor.
Pastitsio
A classic Greek favourite. Layers of pasta, a rich blend of tender lamb and beef mince, slow-cooked to perfection in a fragrant tomato and herb sauce, and a creamy béchamel topping baked until golden. Made with quality ingredients sourced locally where possible, it’s a hearty, homestyle meal just the way Papou liked it.
